Internal Sales & Product Responsibility School Supplies, Learning Products and Teacher Supplies (60–100 %)

Your role

You combine daily customer support in internal sales with the active development of our assortments in the areas of school supplies, learning products and teacher supplies.

You know the needs of our customers, observe trends and developments in the school sector and recognize new products, assortment gaps and market opportunities from them. You actively develop the assortment further and bring your ideas into implementation together with sales, business development, purchasing and marketing.

Your main tasks

Internal Sales & Customer Support

• Process offers, orders and digital orders
• Advise customers by telephone and in writing
• Support with product selection and alternatives
• Process complaints and inquiries
• Support field service with customer inquiries and projects
• Support branches

Active Assortment & Product Development

• Observe customer needs, market trends and developments in the education sector
• Recognize and actively pursue new products, assortment gaps and market opportunities
• Analyze, further develop and optimize existing assortments
• Develop product ideas, sets and thematic assortments
• Evaluate new products and suppliers in cooperation with purchasing and business development
• Analyze demand and development of individual items
• Prepare product information for sales and marketing
• Help shape the assortment across all sales channels – online, field service and stationery stores
• Translate ideas and insights from customer contact into concrete assortment decisions

What you bring with you

• Training in KV or retail (stationery) and/or pedagogical training or experience
• Experience in internal sales or in customer consulting
• Interest in school, learning and pedagogical products
• A sense for products, trends and customer needs
• Good communication and organizational skills
• Independent and structured way of working
• Joy in developing ideas, recognizing opportunities and actively driving things forward
