Changing time is compensated, for a 100% activity rate, by four additional paid days off. If you commute by public transport, we contribute to your travel expenses. This means you can buy the ZVV or Z-Pass for your commute at a reduced price and enjoy free travel throughout the ZVV zone or the Z-Pass validity zone during your free time.
