Our client, a recognized fiduciary in Genève composed of about twenty collaborators, is looking for a Comptable Fiduciaire to take charge of a diversified portfolio of Swiss SMEs and accompany clients in their accounting, tax, and administrative challenges. Comptable Fiduciaire - 100% # About the role ### As a Comptable Fiduciaire, you manage the entirety of your clients' accounting operations autonomously. A true trusted partner, you ensure rigorous follow-up while providing proximity advice. Tasks ## • Accounting and review for a portfolio of Swiss SMEs • Ensure the accounting and review of accounts • Control and account for everyday entries • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual closings • Establish financial statements and management reports • Prepare and control VAT calculations • Manage salaries as well as declarations to social insurance • Perform bank reconciliations and closing entries • Accompany and advise clients on their accounting and administrative issues We are looking for ### • Experience in a fiduciary in Switzerland • Knowledge of the complete accounting cycle up to closing • Solid knowledge of VAT and salary management • A good level of English (minimum B2) • An autonomous, rigorous, and customer-service-oriented person To succeed in this function, your personal skills are as follows: • Stress tolerant • Relational ease • Organized • Autonomous Our recruitment process ## This recruitment process is managed by Academic Work and our client wishes that all questions concerning the position be addressed to Academic Work.
