Schermenwaldstrasse 13, 3063 Ittigen (and home office) | 80-100% Your contribution • Take responsibility for the Collaboration and Workplace theme in the Swiss Army, ranging from needs analysis and strategy to implementation and effectiveness analysis • Ensure that Swiss Army/Defense Group employees (and later militia soldiers) have access to a workplace that meets their physical and digital needs • Quickly and systematically clarify the initial situation and challenges with users from various areas of the army; identify where good solutions already exist and where there is a need for optimization, always adopting a unified and coherent overall vision • Identify, prioritize, launch or integrate projects and pilot projects in the field of workplace and collaboration forms in all organizational units of the Swiss Army and in collaboration with various partners and stakeholders • Find and apply the best solutions for the Swiss Army in a complex environment embedded in the framework conditions of the Federal Administration and simultaneously located in an organization that must react quickly to new situations • Collaborate closely with other thematic managers in the Defense Transformation and Innovation sector <br /> What distinguishes you • University degree (Uni, SUP, SUP) in business administration, public administration, work and organizational psychology, management informatics or a similar field • Several years of experience in designing, introducing and managing collaboration forms and work environments in complex public administration organizations or para-state enterprises • Solid methodological skills in Workplace-Design, Tooling, Enabling, Adaption, including experience in Change-Management and experience with various tools from M365 • Practical experience in translating concepts into simple standards, ways of working and services with a high degree of acceptance • Experience in lateral management, ambassador roles, communication and stakeholder management at a senior management level is an advantage • Active knowledge of at least one other official language (B2), if possible, passive knowledge of a third official language and English at least at level B2 <br /> In summary The Transformation and Innovation D sector (TRI D) promotes the corporate development of the Defense Group. The team addresses the key themes of transformation for the Swiss Army, positions them in internal and external contexts, provides concrete solutions for enabled end-users and continuously develops the structure and aids in line with requirements. In your new role, you will address the Collaboration theme and actively drive it towards success. You will work as a theme owner in an agile team, coordinate stakeholders and projects across the organization and ensure that Defense Group employees have an adequate and promising work environment.
