As Chef de Service, you are the most important link between our guests, the service team, and the bar. You are not a manager in the background, but the driving force at the front. Your tasks: Active Hosting You are the first face our guests see. You welcome, seat, and ensure that everyone feels welcome immediately. Service Excellence You lead the service team during the shift by being a role model. You notice the empty glass or the searching gaze of a guest before your team does. Quality Guardian You pay attention to the details that make the difference (light, music, cleanliness, atmosphere). Interface You work closely with the Barchef to guarantee a smooth flow between production and guest. What you bring: Host Gene You love being around people. Your energy is transferred to the room. Hands-on Mentality „Chef“ means to you not working less, but setting the highest standards yourself. Eye for Details You have an eye for the special and the claim to continuously refine our service. Experience You have already worked in the gastronomy/hotel industry and know how to lead a team sovereignly, even in stressful situations. Expert Knowledge You are familiar with cocktails, spirits, wines, and beers and are interested in them. You know how they are made and know the history of cocktail culture. Local Roots You come from Zürich or have lived here for many years and know the local gastronomy scene. You speak fluent German and understand and speak English.
