Exciting tasks await:

• Independent management of administration (e.g., incoming mail, business control, shipping, deadline control, accounting, archive)
• Independent and legally compliant processing of procedures in land law
• Creating statistical evaluations
• Active maintenance of interfaces with land registries, notary offices, tax offices, municipalities and banks

What you bring:

• Commercial apprenticeship EFZ with several years of experience
• Further training in real estate is an advantage
• Experience / knowledge in administration is an advantage
• Empathic, open and communicative personality
• Careful, structured and discreet way of working as well as confident in written and spoken German
