You help with topics related to invoices, payments and credit cards. Whether digital services, card loss or suspicious transactions – you find a solution and reliably support their customers. You bring: Completed training or Matura. Very good spoken German and Swiss German skills. Enjoyment in understanding customer concerns and working in a solution-oriented manner. A reliable, independent way of working and a high sense of responsibility. Interest in digital financial products and good technical understanding. Communication strength and fun in customer contact.
