What awaits you? ##

• Management of existing customer bases: mutation of master data, administration of physical and electronic documents, dissolution of customer bases
• Receiving calls with a focus on needs evaluation and correct forwarding
• Processing payment orders from customers: domestic/foreign payments, internal bank payments, checks, bills of exchange and carrying out the necessary error clarifications. Processing of interbank payments
• Management of internal bank accounts (general ledgers and settlement accounts)
• Posting of accounts payable and accounts receivable invoices
• Management of the various payment systems
• Support of employees with questions regarding payment transactions/systems
• Entire card management incl. ordering, maintenance and support for employees

What do you bring with you? ##

• Completed banking training is an advantage or comparable
• Strong sense of quality and responsibility with a structured, precise way of working
• Enjoyment of process-oriented tasks
• High willingness to learn and develop combined with good teamwork and communication skills
• Microsoft Office skills
