HR Business Partner (m/f/d)

As an HR Business Partner, you are the central contact person for managers and employees in your area of responsibility and make an important contribution to the further development of the organization.

Your area of responsibility:

• Support and advice for managers and employees in all HR topics
• Sparring partner for the line in personnel issues, change processes, and conflict situations
• Support and accompaniment of personnel development and organizational development measures
• Advice in labor and social insurance law issues
• Participation in personnel planning as well as implementation and optimization of HR processes
• Analysis of HR key figures and derivation of suitable measures
• Collaboration in cross-departmental HR projects

Your profile:

• Further training as an HR specialist or studies with a focus on HR, business administration, or psychology
• Several years of experience as an HR Business Partner or in a comparable function
• Experience in the areas of Change Management and organizational development
• Sound knowledge of labor and social insurance law
• Advisory competence as well as experience in working with managers
• Independent, structured, and solution-oriented way of working
• High level of initiative, sense of responsibility, and assertiveness
• Proficient German language skills; French language skills are an advantage
• Team-oriented personality with a confident appearance and strong communication skills
