Do you want to sustainably develop the quality and effectiveness of consulting services and create real added value with well-founded analyses? In this versatile function, you will actively shape the establishment and further development of an integrated quality management system. With your analytical thinking, your understanding of quality, and your consulting competence, you will contribute to continuously strengthening the quality of services and making their impact visible.

Your tasks

• You build an integrated quality assurance system for consulting and enforcement and continuously develop it further.
• You develop a quality management concept with clear quality objectives, standards, and key figures.
• You develop, implement, and optimize instruments for quality assurance, monitoring, and evaluation.
• You plan and conduct monitoring, evaluation, and quality reviews and ensure the effectiveness as well as the quality of the services.
• You collect, analyze, and interpret qualitative and quantitative data with a focus on the impact and impact factors of the consulting.
• You create meaningful and target-group-oriented reportings for executives and specialist managers.
• You identify areas for action and initiate improvement measures or accompany their implementation.
• You advise and support specialist and management personnel on quality issues as well as in the application of instruments and methods.
• You continuously develop the quality system, the methods used, and quality-relevant processes.

Your competencies

• You have a university degree in Social Work, Public Management, Business Administration, or a comparable field of study.
• Ideally, you have completed further training in quality management and/or in the field of evaluation.
• You bring experience in quality management as well as in monitoring and evaluation, preferably in a public or social environment.
• You have sound knowledge of qualitative and quantitative evaluation methods.
• Ideally, you have experience in the establishment or further development of quality systems.
• You are characterized by strong analytical and conceptual skills as well as a structured and solution-oriented way of working.
• You convince through your communication strength, your consulting competence, and your confident appearance.
• You enjoy working interdisciplinary and know how to win different stakeholder groups for quality and impact issues.
