Do you want to actively help shape the future of the HR system landscape?
In this versatile role, you will take responsibility for the operation and further development of SAP SuccessFactors Payroll as well as other HR applications. In doing so, you will work at the interface between IT and HR, advise specialist departments, and drive digitalization and optimization projects within the Galenica Group.

What you can achieve ##

• You ensure the stable operation, support, and further development of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll
• You process incidents and service requests and coordinate changes as well as releases
• You advise our HR specialist departments, analyze their requirements, and develop suitable solutions together with them
• You support other SuccessFactors modules and selected non-SAP applications in the HR environment
• You support integrations and interfaces and actively help shape our HR system landscape
• You participate in HR and digitalization projects - from implementation through testing and cutover to the hypercare phase

What you bring with you ##

• You have several years of experience with SAP HCM Payroll or SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll as well as in application management and support
• You have sound knowledge of HR processes and bring experience in requirements analysis, testing, and change management
• You communicate very well in German and well in English
• Knowledge of other SuccessFactors modules, integration solutions, non-SAP HR systems, or SAP HCM is a plus
• You work independently, structurally, and analytically and impress with high customer, service, and consulting competence
• You enjoy working in a team, communicate clearly, and enjoy learning new things, discovering technologies, and working across specialist departments
