Requirements:

• at least 5 years of experience in the role.
• ability to manage a station with complete autonomy.
• excellent organizational skills and attention to the quality of preparations.

• ability to work efficiently even in situations of high stress and during the most intense services.
• dynamism, reliability, precision and sense of responsibility.
• good knowledge of hygiene and sanitary regulations and HACCP.
• motivated, professional person with a passion for cooking
• capable of contributing positively to the brigade's work.
• immediate availability.
• good knowledge of Italian
