Activities:

• Support and consultation of our customers in the EMEA region across all three technology areas and various communication channels with a focus on high customer satisfaction
• Processing of customer inquiries and orders, including quotation creation as well as professional complaint and escalation management
• Close cooperation with internal interfaces such as sales, logistics, planning and PQM to ensure efficient processes
• Support in sales promotion measures and projects, for example at trade fairs, customer visits and cross-departmental initiatives.

Requirements:

• The task requires a commercial basic education as well as several years of professional experience in inside sales
• Good English skills are essential
• Experience and routine handling of IT tools (MS-Office and SAP)
• Enjoyment of contact with customers and third parties
