Customer Service Clerk 80-100%

For Switzerland in Egerkingen, we are looking for a motivated personality as Customer Service & Billing Clerk, starting immediately or by arrangement.

Your main tasks:

• Independent processing of written and telephone customer inquiries
• Cross-departmental clarification of customer concerns and complaint cases
• Recording and documentation of customer concerns in the CRM system (Salesforce)
• Verification and tracking of shipment data in the logistics system
• Preparation of billing data as well as invoicing to customers

Your profile:

• Completed commercial basic training
• Professional experience in the field of customer service (ideally experience in a logistics environment)
• Enjoyment of customer contact and stylish German. You can communicate confidently in English. Good French skills are an advantage.
• Good user knowledge in MS Office, especially in Excel
• Independent, structured and reliable way of working
• Team player with strong customer orientation and pleasant manners
