Opportunity for Recent Law Graduates – High Risk Periodic Review (KYC/AML) Your responsibilities Perform periodic reviews of business relationships classified as High Risk, in accordance with Swiss regulatory requirements (LBA, CDB, FINMA) and the bank's internal policies. Analyze KYC files to ensure the completeness, accuracy, and timeliness of client information. Examine complex legal structures (companies, trusts, foundations, holdings) and identify ultimate beneficial owners (UBO). Evaluate Source of Funds (SoF) and Source of Wealth (SoW), ensuring their consistency with the client profile. Conduct reputation research (adverse media) and checks on politically exposed persons (PEP), international sanctions, and other risk factors. Identify risks of money laundering, corruption, fraud, or terrorist financing and document the analyses performed. Prepare recommendations for Compliance teams and approval committees when necessary. Follow up on remediation requests with Relationship Managers and ensure files are updated within the specified deadlines. Collaborate closely with Compliance, Legal, Financial Crime Compliance, and Front Office teams to ensure the compliance of business relationships. Your profile Bachelor or Master in Swiss law (or equivalent degree). Recent graduate or first experience in compliance, KYC/AML, legal, or the banking sector. Strong interest in banking regulation, anti-money laundering (AML/CFT), and financial crime issues. Good ability to analyze complex legal structures and assess risks. Critical thinking, rigor, attention to detail, and excellent writing skills. Excellent command of French and English; any other language is an asset.
