Head of Electrical Engineering (w/m/d)

For the Tunnel Construction Switzerland department, we are looking for you as Head of Electrical Engineering to strengthen our team (depending on needs, also all over Switzerland).

Tasks ###

What tasks await you as Head of Electrical Engineering (w/m/d)?

• Technical and personnel leadership of the electrical engineering department of tunnel construction
• Development of technical concepts and documents together with the electrical and acquisition department during the bidding phase
• Responsibility for planning, procurement, operation, and maintenance of the electrical installations and systems on our construction sites (including power supply, medium and low voltage systems, construction site lighting, ventilation controls, communication and security systems, etc.)
• Creation of plan templates (ESTI)
• Ensuring the availability and safety of electrical installations on construction sites
• Definition and monitoring of maintenance and inspection concepts
• Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations (NIV, NIN, EKAS, SUVA, ESTI, etc.)
• Technical support for project managers, site managers, and the MTA
• Readiness for regular site assignments at various tunnel construction sites in Switzerland

Requirements ###

What requirements do you bring as Head of Electrical Engineering (w/m/d)?

• Engineer FH/ETH Electrical Engineering, Technician HF Electrical Engineering, or Master (HFP)
• Expertise according to NIV Art. 8 mandatory
• Several years of leadership and project experience is an advantage
• Professional experience with construction sites, industrial, or tunnel systems
• Knowledge of Swiss standards and regulations
• Experience in the field of drive, control, and energy technology
• High social and leadership competence
