As Leader Logistics Control Center, you take overall responsibility for the material flow control in the warehouse and lead a team of around 20 people across two shifts towards a stable, efficient operation. With a focus on real-time monitoring, coordination and SLA compliance, you ensure smooth processes and the success of the logistics center of Digitec Galaxus.

Your tasks
Functional and personnel leadership of the team in the Logistics Control Center including targeted further development of the employees along operational and personal requirements
Ensuring a smooth, timely flow of goods through proactive planning as well as consistent compliance with Service Level Agreements, cut-off times and operational priorities
Establishment and control of standards, KPIs and routines for daily work as well as real-time monitoring of performance indicators with early initiation of countermeasures in the event of deviations
Analysis of bottlenecks, disturbances and deviations in the material flow as well as coordination of effective measures for sustainable stabilization
Continuous further development of processes, systems and working methods in the control center to increase transparency, efficiency and reaction speed
Central interface function between Operations, IT and Tech as well as timely, target-group-oriented escalation of operational risks and critical situations for rapid stabilization of operations
Your skills
Several years of leadership experience in logistics or the warehouse environment, supplemented by relevant further training; a degree is an advantage, but not a requirement
Sound understanding of fulfillment, warehouse and material flow processes including control center management as well as good knowledge in WMS/WCS/MFS, KPI analysis, bottleneck management, process optimization and data-based root-cause analyses
Assertiveness and communication strength: clear stance, ability to say no and name own needs; at the same time flexibility, commitment and initiative for new projects, team building and clear responsibilities
Business fluent German and English skills in spoken and written form, especially for communication with suppliers
The willingness to question "how it has always been done" and to suggest more efficient, automated or more effective solutions
The ability to adapt to continuous changes in the working environment
