The employer is looking for a: Nurse (reported profession) Tasks: • Participate in periodic team meetings • Decide on delegations and the supervision of tasks for collaborators / female collaborators • Accompany students and interns in training, regularly updating specific required skills • Accompany and integrate new collaborators / female collaborators • Report to the administration data concerning the stays outside of the residents, any purchases made on behalf of the residents • Ensure correct management and maintenance of available equipment and the environment • Ensure the constant availability of current use material for nursing activities • Plan nursing activity and collaborate with the RRE on the development of the daily plan • Participate in team handovers • Participate in medical visits • Welcome and accompany the resident • Manage nursing activity, ensuring continuity of care for residents, systematically identifying the care needs of residents in collaboration with the RRE • Guarantee the application of diagnostic therapeutic prescriptions • Ensure activities of daily living (ADL) • Support the resident in maintaining their psycho-physical resources • Supervise the medico-technical activities of the OSS, when these are delegated • Apply hygiene and occupational safety standards • Collaborate with other operators promoting interdisciplinarity, supervising and evaluating delegated performances • Support and assist the families of the residents and know when to delegate to other professional figures • Daily update nursing reports and update the care plan in agreement and under the supervision of the RRE • Complete MDS-RAI documentation • Maintain constant control of the general conditions of the residents • Manage reports within your competence (complaints from inside and/or outside the CPA) • Formulate improvement proposals deemed necessary in all areas • Ensure compliance with current laws and regulations • Guarantee professional secrecy • Guarantee the security of data relating to residents and the treating staff • Ensure flexibility in working hours (shifts) • Perform night shifts • Report adverse events • Consider the resident as the primary recipient of services, finalizing them to their physical, psychic, social, cultural, and religious well-being • Perform all services provided by the function on residents ensuring respect, even in the most delicate phases • Know how to manage, adopting all necessary self-control measures, situations arising from any aggressive reactions or attitudes, of a physical or verbal type and behavioral disturbances by the residents • Contribute to the maintenance of a serene and constructive working environment, based on mutual respect, availability, and a spirit of collaboration • Follow up, with zeal and motivation, on requests and handovers from superiors, demonstrating necessary flexibility in critical situations • Identify one's own training needs consistently with the assigned tasks and new requirements and communicate them to the Nurse responsible for training (IRF) / other function designated by the management • Guarantee a commitment to continuous training • Law on the promotion of health and health coordination (Health Law) • Directive concerning the essential quality requirements for elderly care institutions (Quality Directive) • Regulations and collective agreements in force in the sector and within the CPA Requirements: • Professional nurse diploma SUP / SSS / equivalent diploma • Professional experience of at least 2 years • Possess the following personal attitudes • Sense of responsibility • Spirit of initiative • Organizational spirit, at a personal level and in the management of collaborators • Relational, communicative, and listening skills • Team and collaboration spirit • Attitude towards interdisciplinary work • Attention, confidentiality, and absolute discretion • Order and precision • Knowledge of the CPA reality and recognition of common values • Psycho-physical balance • Ability for self-assessment, of recognizing one's own limits, requesting support in cases of necessity • excellent knowledge of Italian • basic knowledge of German and French • driving license cat.B • car owner Employment details: • workplace Savosa • occupation from 80 to 100% • employment by agreement, permanent • shift work, Sunday work and holiday work • remuneration to be agreed
