Customer Service Representative (w/m/d)

In this position, you will manage your own international customer base, act as a central interface, and coordinate the respective customer needs internally and externally in order to provide our demanding customers with the excellent service they deserve.

Further tasks are:

• Responsibility for the entire order processing from order entry to delivery, including the creation of relevant shipping and export documents
• Processing of customer complaints as well as close cooperation with the finance department
• Creation of sales statistics and support of the sales team
• Preparation and support of Market Days as well as organization of sample and goods provision
• Optimization of workflows, maintenance of master data, as well as participation in quality, cost, and efficiency improvements

What makes you ideal for this position:

• Commercial vocational training as well as 2-3 years of professional experience in Customer Service, sales or a comparable area, joy and flair for fashion
• Independent, structured and flexible way of working with high initiative
• Strong organizational talent as well as confident cooperation with different internal and external contact persons
• Very good MS Office skills, especially in Excel, experience with ERP systems is an advantage
• Good to very good German and English skills in speaking and writing
