We are looking for a dedicated, motivated individual as: Junior Concierge

Your profile

• Previous experience in luxury hospitality is an advantage
• Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken; additional languages are a plus
• Strong host mentality with excellent service orientation, a professional appearance and a genuine passion for creating memorable guest experiences
• Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to remain calm and flexible in a fast-paced environment
• High level of discretion, reliability and attention to detail, particularly when handling confidential guest information
• Good IT skills, especially Microsoft Office; experience with Opera or similar hotel systems is an advantage. Knowledge of Andermatt and the Swiss tourism industry is a plus

Your role

• Deliver personalized and professional guest service, welcoming guests warmly and handling requests in line with The Chedi Andermatt’s luxury service standards
• Provide comprehensive concierge assistance, including restaurant reservations, activities, excursions, ski arrangements, golf, transportation and other guest requests
• Coordinate arrivals and departures, including luggage assistance, guest escorts and close cooperation with the Valet and Front Office teams
• Handle concierge reservations and administrative tasks, ensuring accurate bookings, guest profiles, records, emails and follow-ups
• Maintain strong destination knowledge of Andermatt and the surrounding region, including local events, restaurants, mountain activities and seasonal experiences, while building relationships with local partners
• Work closely with all relevant hotel departments and consistently deliver service according to Forbes Five-Star and Leading Hotels of the World standards, representing The Chedi Andermatt’s service philosophy
