You optimize processes, systems, and interfaces, set clear priorities, and ensure a convincing customer experience. In doing so, you work closely with purchasing, marketing, IT, logistics, sales, and customer service and move our e-commerce one step further every day.

Scope of activity ###

• Team Leadership & Development: Functional leadership of the E-Commerce Operations team
• Operational E-Commerce Operations: Ensuring the smooth operational running of ottos.ch
• Customer Journey Optimization: Optimization of processes along the e-commerce customer journey
• Automation & AI: Driving automation, AI, and efficient digital processes
• Omnichannel Development: Further development of e-commerce and omnichannel processes
• Analysis & Performance: Analysis of relevant KPIs as well as derivation of concrete optimizations
• Project & Interface Management: Coordination of requirements and projects with IT, logistics, purchasing, marketing, sales, and customer service
• Innovation & Implementation: Contributing new ideas and consistent, pragmatic implementation of improvements

Profile ###

• Education & Further Training: Higher education (HF/FH/Uni) or additional training is an advantage
• Leadership & Requirements Management: Experience in leadership and requirements engineering
• E-Commerce Experience: Several years of sound professional experience in the field of e-commerce
• Process & System Understanding: Strong process and system understanding
• Digital & Technical Affinity: High online affinity and sound IT and system landscape knowledge
• Project Management & Agility: Experience in agile software development and project management
• Analytics & Conception: Strong analytical and conceptual skills
• SEO, SEA & Analytics: In-depth knowledge in the field of SEO/SEA (Google), tools & analytics
