Bern, Schweiz | 100-80% (Jobsharing möglich) This is what you can contribute <br /> • Control ICT change and release management processes and ensure operational stability of ICT services. • Control and monitor complex changes and releases in terms of risks, impacts, and quality. • Plan, accompany, and coordinate release introductions and maintenance windows to minimize operational interruptions. • Analyze change-related risks and process weaknesses and initiate sustainable improvement measures. • Create, maintain, and evaluate change and release-relevant documentation, key figures, reports, and decision-making bases. • Lead coordination meetings and coordinate changes with departments, operations, projects, and suppliers. <br /> What makes you unique <br /> • Completed higher education (FH or university) in computer science, business informatics, or a comparable qualification; further training in the ICT sector is an advantage. • Several years of professional experience in ICT change and release management, preferably in complex, cross-departmental environments. • Knowledge of ICT service management (ITIL) and familiarity with agile methods (Kanban, Scrum, SAFe). • Analytical thinking, assertiveness, and enjoyment of cross-departmental collaboration with different stakeholders. • Good active knowledge of an official language in word and writing, passive knowledge of a second official language, and English language skills. <br /> In brief The Directorate for Labour of SECO is the federal government's competence center for labor market policy and unemployment insurance.
