Payroll Specialist (50%) m/f/x

To strengthen our HR team, we are looking for a 50% Payroll Specialist to ensure the smooth running of our Swiss entities' payroll activities. This position offers flexibility in organizing working time, allowing for adaptation of presence according to periods of high activity related to the payroll cycle and annual closures. Your responsibilities: • Ensure the preparation, processing, and follow-up of monthly payroll in collaboration with internal stakeholders and external service providers. • Guarantee the accuracy of payroll calculations, payments, and associated administrative activities. • Manage legal obligations related to payroll (social insurance, withholding tax, family allowances, pension fund, and other mandatory contributions). • Coordinate payroll data, control results, and participate in payroll reconciliations. • Ensure the quality and updating of payroll-related data in HR and payroll systems. • Manage payroll aspects related to the life cycle of employees (hiring, changes, departures, absences, international missions, benefits, etc.). • Participate in legal declarations, audits, annual closures, and reporting related to payroll. • Answer questions from employees, managers, and external partners regarding payroll. • Ensure replacement and continuity of payroll operations in Switzerland in case of absence. • Contribute to the continuous improvement, standardization, and documentation of payroll processes and controls. • Participate in projects related to payroll, HR systems, and process optimization. Your profile: • Commercial training (CFC) or equivalent education; specialization in HR or payroll is an asset. • Minimum 3 years of experience in the payroll field, ideally in Switzerland. • Good knowledge of Swiss payroll legislation, social insurance, and compliance. • Experience with HR and payroll systems (SuccessFactors, SAP, or equivalent). • Excellent rigor, sense of organization, and attention to detail. • Reliable, discreet, autonomous, and solution-oriented person. • Team spirit, service-oriented, and good communication skills.
