Daily, in addition to individual guests in the public self-service restaurant, our gastronomy serves 190 patients and approx. 600 employees. The area of responsibility is supplemented by a lively and versatile banquet operation. These are your tasks • Preparation and production of dishes and food for patients, self-service restaurant and banquets in the assigned area (cold kitchen, warm kitchen and patisserie) • Compliance with guidelines regarding HACCP and QMS and independent maintenance of checklists in these areas • Assistance at the patient meal distribution belt What distinguishes you • You bring professional experience in the kitchen or have recently completed your vocational training as a cook. • You work independently, carefully and with a high awareness of quality. • You know the hygiene standards and implement them reliably in everyday work. • You are a team-oriented personality who values appreciative and reliable cooperation. • You maintain calm, an overview and a solution-oriented attitude even in hectic situations. • You are willing to work regularly on weekends as well.
