For our AMAG Retail site in Muttenz, we are looking for a person as Body & Paint Service Advisor 80-100% (m/f/d).

What you can achieve with us ##

• Customer relationship manager: You take charge of and advise our internal and external customers with competence, maintain active customer contact and ensure high customer satisfaction throughout the service process
• Service & order expert: You coordinate appointments and orders, ensure optimal workshop utilization and accompany customers from the opening of the order until its complete and timely processing
• Warranty & claims expert: You process warranty and goodwill orders, clarify goodwill participations and take care of the professional handling and processing of paint and corrosion damage
• Billing & organization expert: You take charge of the billing of customer, supplier and internal orders, check processing times and ensure complete documentation of work orders
• Sales bridge: You carry out the initial contacts, identify customer needs and potentials in CRM-Pro.X, qualify sales opportunities and present suitable offers. You represent the company professionally and actively encourage the sale of parts, accessories and services
• Team & brand ambassador: You work in close collaboration with internal and external partners, encourage inter-company collaboration, manage the Body & Paint replacement and intervention vehicle fleet and use brand services in a targeted manner.

What you bring ##

• Professional training and commercial expertise: You have completed training in the field of bodywork and paint and possess good commercial knowledge
• Experience expertise: Ideally, you already have experience in customer service
• Service expert: You are sociable, like to approach people and impress with your advisory competence and your power of persuasion
• Master of mindset: You are resilient, manage constraints positively and always maintain a positive mindset. Your customer orientation as well as your know-how and your enthusiasm for the automotive sector make the perfect mix
• IT connoisseur: You have an affinity for digital processes, virtual customer communication and the use of AI tools
• Driving expert: Valid driving license category B
