Operations Agent / Handyman (m/f) Tasks Job function: Accompany, organize, and monitor the work of external companies and document it Management of workspaces (offices, rooms, moves etc.), ensuring supplies Ensures the smooth running of multi-technical and multi-service maintenance services on the assigned sites Ensures the quality of interventions, customer satisfaction, and compliance with safety procedures Responsibility: Know and apply Apleona safety rules & follow client safety standards Apply current quality processes/standards to all activities performed Respect internal values and the expected code of conduct Record, document, and transmit performance indicators specific to the activities Follow "work-orders / FM Portal" and manage priorities in consultation with the manager Guarantee the continuity and quality of maintenance services and small works on the sites under their charge Tasks: Ensure the setup of meeting rooms (notably "Auditorium", "Pressroom", "Summit"...) Organize, coordinate, and communicate the movement of people (office changes...) Perform regular visits to the sites in order to identify needs and actions to be implemented. Proceed with possible repairs: doors, handles, locks, taps/batteries... (Excluding electrical power) Participate in operations meetings and ensure regular reporting to the Operations Manager. Ensure compliance with safety rules, internal procedures, and regulatory requirements. Develop intervention schedules according to priorities and urgencies. Control the stock level of office consumables, order Verify/check (checklist) the condition of safety devices on sites (emergency, readers, devices...) Install/mount requested equipment in offices (flip chart, boards, shelves...) Check the condition and storage of tools, equipment, stock levels useful to teams/clients... Receive suppliers and prepare expected documents (authorizations, work permits...) Control the quality of interventions carried out and ensure deadlines are met. Propose continuous improvement actions to optimize services and quality of service. Provide support to colleagues during projects (e.g. moves etc.) Ensure the administrative follow-up of interventions (work orders, reports, quotes, orders, invoicing, dashboards). Maintenance of exteriors (green spaces, furniture, parking areas, occasional winter salting...) Requirements Mastery of the French language indispensable (oral and written) Swiss nationality or valid residence permit Holder of a federal certificate of capacity as an operations agent or other equivalent training in a technical building field Confirmed experience of at least 2 to 3 years in a similar position Hold a driver's license Ability to organize and prioritize interventions. Rigor, autonomy and reactivity. Ability to manage emergencies and several files simultaneously.
