Our client is looking for an experienced Business Analyst. The focus of this role is on the analysis, optimization, and automation of existing processes as well as the targeted use of Artificial Intelligence (AI) within the team. (Reference number: 925253JA)

Tasks:

• Active participation in day-to-day operations for onboarding and process analysis
• Analysis, modeling, and documentation of existing processes as well as identification of manual, recurring, and time-consuming activities
• Development and implementation of suitable automation and AI solutions
• Evaluation of new AI possibilities as well as integration of suitable solutions into existing processes, systems, and workflows
• Measurement and documentation of the efficiency increases and relief achieved, as well as continuous identification of further optimization potential
• Creation and maintenance of functional and technical documentation as well as ensuring knowledge transfer within the team

Requirements:

• Knowledge or practical experience in the ServiceNow environment
• Good knowledge of ITIL and SIAM
• Knowledge in automation and the use of AI
• Readiness to actively familiarize yourself with day-to-day operations and to participate in the work yourself
• Good analytical skills and enjoyment in understanding and simplifying complex processes, recognizing processes, and developing concrete suggestions for improvement
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Very good German skills (native speaker level)
