Then a versatile task with responsibility and scope for design awaits you with us. Your profile You enjoy interacting with people and convince through your service-oriented and open personality. You have already been able to gain experience in tourism or in a service-oriented environment with various cash register systems. The dynamics in tourism with high and intermediate seasons allow for flexible annual working hours and regular weekend shifts (high season 90-100 %, in intermediate seasons accordingly reduced). You work independently, responsibly, and keep an overview even in hectic situations. You react flexibly to new challenges, think in a solution-oriented manner, are resilient, and actively help shape innovations and digitalization. You value strong cooperation, support your team, and contribute to a positive, appreciative team culture. You need your very good German and French skills daily, and further language skills in E, I are an advantage. Your tasks You are the first point of contact in the tourism office for our guests (day tourists, locals, second-home owners, service partners, etc.) and ensure a warm and professional service. You advise personally, by telephone, and digitally on offers, events, and leisure opportunities of the destination. You process inquiries, reservations, bookings, and take on versatile administrative and coordinative tasks. You sell tourist offers, tickets (mountain railways, thermal baths, events, public transport, etc.) and souvenirs. You advise and sell defined services of an SBB and postal counter. You contribute ideas and actively help shape the further development of our services as well as digital solutions and processes.
