For the central HR department of Marti Technik AG and its subsidiaries, we are looking at the Moosseedorf location for a committed, entrepreneurially-minded personality who leads and develops Human Resources with professional competence, passion, and foresight. In this key position, you are a sparring partner for the management, the contact person for our employees, and a driving force for modern HR processes.

WHAT YOU CAN ACHIEVE WITH US

As Head of Human Resources, you take on the professional and personnel responsibility for the entire HR area and ensure that our employees are optimally supported throughout the entire employee lifecycle.
Specifically, the following tasks are part of your area of responsibility:

• Overall responsibility for monthly payroll processing including year-end tasks, payroll reconciliations, and social insurance
• Contact person for revisions, audits, as well as all payroll-relevant issues
• Obtaining and managing residence and cross-border commuter permits
• Advising and supporting the management as well as the executives on labor law, strategic, and operational HR topics
• Professional support of our employees from recruitment to exit
• Creation of contracts, employment references, terminations, and other personnel-relevant documents
• Leading and developing a small, motivated HR team
• Active participation in group-wide HR projects and the further development of modern HR processes
• Helping to shape an appreciative corporate culture and positioning HR as a competent business partner

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE ROLE

• HR specialist certificate or comparable qualification
• Several years of professional experience in a similar function
• Sound knowledge of payroll, social insurance, and labor law
• Experience in dealing with various collective labor agreements and their application
• Enjoyment in competently advising employees and executives
• High social competence as well as a confident appearance at all hierarchical levels
• Entrepreneurial, solution-oriented, and networked way of thinking
• Strong IT affinity and the ability to quickly familiarize yourself with new systems and applications
• Independent, structured, and reliable way of working
• Leadership experience or the potential and interest to successfully lead a team
• Very good German skills in speaking and writing, French and English skills are a plus
