Co-Manager (Restaurant)

Renovated in 2021, the Cabane Bella-Tola welcomes our customers in summer as well as winter in the heart of the St-Luc/Chandolin ski area. Offering typical cuisine and 41 beds for a unique stay in the Val d'Anniviers. La Cabane Bella-Tola is operated by the company des remontées mécaniques du Funiculaire St Luc-Chandolin SA which operates 4 other establishments. Your responsibilities, in collaboration with the Manager: • Order management: placing and receiving goods • Stock monitoring: checking quantities, expiration dates and storage • Service setup: preparing the dining room, coordination with the kitchen, compliance with HACCP standards • Customer reception and service: taking orders, handling payments, monitoring satisfaction • Maintenance and organization: cleaning spaces, replenishment, cash control • Additional tasks: IT management of reservations, entry of schedules, maintenance of premises (including group accommodations) • Ambassador of our establishments: participation in the promotion of services Your profile: • At least 5 years of experience in hospitality-catering, including a minimum of 2 years in a position of responsibility (Assistant or Manager) • Fluent French and English • Excellent communication skills, both internally and externally • You are organized, rigorous and are recognized for your team spirit • YOU ARE COMFORTABLE ON SKIS OR SNOWBOARD (pre-requisite due to the geographical location) What we offer you: • Possibility of accommodation, during the probationary period • Continuous hours, mainly from 8:00 to 17:00 • Coverage of "loss of earnings due to illness" insurance • Participation in meals taken on-site (benefit in kind) • A parking space made available, for employees not residing in St-Luc Employment dates: fixed-term contract from 12 December 2026 to 15 April 2027, with the possibility of renewal for the summer season (mid-December to early April).
