As a UX Writer, you write texts that guide our customers intuitively through our online shop. In doing so, you work in a four-language UX Writing team and closely with UX Design, UX Research and Product Development teams, ensuring that digital experiences function linguistically and feel like Digitec Galaxus. Your tasks You write clear, concise and user-centered UX texts in French and German for a wide spectrum of online shop touchpoints, including navigation elements, buttons, notifications, customer communication, etc. You consistently apply UX writing standards, tone-of-voice guidelines, terminology and microtypography principles to ensure correct, consistent and brand-appropriate language across all digital channels You work closely with UX Design, UX Research, Product Development and other language and writing experts to design harmonious, seamless user experiences You ensure that texts are written primarily for people, without losing sight of the requirements of search engines and digital platforms You exchange ideas with other language and writing experts and actively contribute to a collaborative and learning-oriented team culture Your skills French is your native language and you have very good German skills (C2 level) for working with multilingual content Sound training in communication, linguistics, UX, psychology or design – or a comparable qualification with a focus on digital writing Experience in the field of UX writing in a digital environment is an advantage A strong sense of language as well as the ability to formulate complex content simply, understandably and in a target-group-oriented manner Why start with us?
