As an IT Service Operations Engineer at our location in Unterentfelden, you play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our IT infrastructure and services. Become part of our team and realize your visions as an IT Support Engineer 100% Activities: • Provision of first- and second-level support to handle user requests and technical problems promptly and efficiently. • Processing of tasks in the ServiceNow ticketing system • Management of the onboarding and offboarding process of employees • Error analysis and resolution of general Microsoft Windows problems on company computers • Maintenance and support of audio/video systems in meeting rooms and for mobile TV devices. • Monitoring the functionality of the office infrastructure. • Participation in the construction and maintenance of server rooms as well as administration of network and firewall configurations and infrastructure. • Participation in internal meetings, events and projects that require new or temporary setups and network services. • Installation and configuration of desktop PCs, laptops, smartphones and mobile devices with corresponding software applications according to global IT standards and guidelines. • Organization of hardware repairs and management of new hardware installations. • Support with the ordering of new hardware. • Maintenance and documentation of IT processes as well as hardware and software configurations.
