For one of our renowned customers in the insurance industry, we are looking for a Customer Service Employee – (100%, Bern-Bümpliz) Your tasks • First point of contact for customers by telephone and in writing • Clarification of concerns regarding: • Policies & contracts mutations • Invoicing, collection & simple claims cases • Independent processing of dossiers within defined competencies • Forwarding more complex cases to 2nd-level support • Close cooperation with internal specialist departments • Support with contract conclusions in basic insurance as well as recognizing additional insurance needs --- Your profile • Commercial basic training or clear KV background • Experience in customer service / internal service, ideally in the insurance environment • German native language in spoken & written • Other languages (French and/or Italian) are an advantage • Enjoyment of telephone customer contact • Structured, reliable and independent way of working • Readiness to complete the VBV certification (FINMA) --- Working model & framework • Workload: 100% • Place of work: Bern-Bümpliz • Working hours: 2-shift operation approx. 09:00–17:00 • Home Office: 1 day/week after successful probationary period --- What is offered • Structured induction & specialist training • Support with VBV accreditation • Modern working environment • Long-term perspective in a stable environment • Collegial team with clear processes Dissatisfied, underchallenged or striving to discover new things?
