Support Expert

Support is a profession in transition.

AI is taking over repetitive inquiries – and that is good news: this leaves more time for what really matters. We are looking for people who want to stand in the middle of this transition rather than just enduring it.

We are not looking for someone who just processes tickets. We are looking for someone who understands that every complex interaction is a chance to improve our services – and who wants to build this together with us.

Specifically: a person who is technically savvy, curious, and independent at heart, and who does not view support as a temporary way to earn a living, but as a real, constantly evolving professional specialty.

What you will do

• Handling complex cases: advanced configurations, reproducible errors, critical incidents
• Direct collaboration with the technical and product teams to pass on feedback from practice
• Contributing to the expansion of knowledge bases, processes, and AI tools used in support
• Supporting our most demanding customers (SMEs, developers, professionals) with high expertise
• Helping to shape what will be understood as high-quality support at Infomaniak in three years

Desired Profile

• Solid technical foundations: Linux, web hosting, DNS, emails, network knowledge
• Experience in technical support or system administration
• Excellent written communication skills in German (English and French are an advantage)
• Familiarity with AI tools – you already use them and want to understand their limits
• Genuine intellectual curiosity for the tech sector and the sovereign cloud
