Pastry Chef (M/F) - Hôtel de la Cigogne - CDI

STARTING NOVEMBER 1ST, 2026, WE ARE LOOKING FOR OUR FUTURE PASTRY CHEF WHOSE MAIN MISSIONS WILL BE THE FOLLOWING:

• Receive and check the quantity and quality of goods;
• Carry out the mise en place and preparation of food;
• Respect recipes as well as the visuals of the pastries;
• Be able to manage the pastry department autonomously;
• Elaborate and propose new pastries in collaboration with the chef;
• Manage stocks and orders with suppliers;
• Clear, tidy, and clean work surfaces and work instruments;
• Respect and monitor the packaging and storage system;
• Monitor storage areas to ensure their cleanliness;
• Manage, perform, and monitor all hygiene standards using the self-control system.
• Level of education: Secondary school diploma or equivalent secondary level.
• Work experience: Between 1 to 3 years of experience
