Head of Guest Experience (m/f) 100% Your game You lead the Guest Experience department with 4 direct reports and a total of around 25 employees. You are responsible for a first-class guest experience and exceptional service quality at all touchpoints of the casino. You analyze guest feedback, derive optimization measures, and continuously develop processes and service workflows. You ensure a professional, service- and sales-oriented appearance of the Guest Experience team and promote an active sales culture. You work closely with the bar team and the marketing and gaming departments to create a holistic guest experience. You are also regularly present on the floor in the evening hours, support your team in guest contact, and coach employees directly in the operational daily routine. You support the management as department head in the implementation of the company's goals and actively contribute to their achievement. You promote an open feedback and service culture and actively participate in cross-departmental projects. Our game rules You are an inspiring leader and live leadership as a role model. With your presence and commitment, you motivate and develop your team. You have several years of leadership experience in the field of Guest Experience, guest care or hospitality at a high level. You have in-depth knowledge of Customer Journey and Customer Experience. Ideally, you have experience in the entertainment industry or in the areas of casino, culture, tourism or gastronomy. You think analytically, recognize optimization potential, and successfully implement changes together with your team. You convince with enthusiasm, empathy, assertiveness, and a pronounced service and guest orientation. Entrepreneurial thinking and acting are a matter of course for you. German is your mother tongue or you have German language skills at level C1 or higher. Good English skills are an advantage. You are passionate about the world of casinos and approach changes with openness and flexibility.
