Tasks

• Preparation of authentic Asian dishes according to our recipes
• Ensuring a constantly high quality of food
• Compliance with hygiene and quality standards in the kitchen
• Team-oriented collaboration with the kitchen team
• Co-responsibility for orders, goods receipt, and stock management
• Carrying out cleaning work according to HACCP guidelines

Requirements

• Several years of professional experience as a chef, preferably in Asian cuisine
• Affinity for system gastronomy and enjoyment of structured processes
• Independent personality with a passion for the cooking profession and enjoyment of guest contact
• Readiness for shift, weekend, and holiday services
• German language skills at B1 level in speaking and writing, other languages are a plus
