This includes the department «Alpha & Investment Management», within which we are looking for a dedicated and qualified Product Owner Alpha for the agile Scrum teams «Alpha Pathfinder (customer search)» and «Alpha Ambassadors (customer management)» who will take responsibility and significantly help shape our product. You are enthusiastic about... ## • Alpha (central employee workstation web application) as a front-to-back integration into the Finnova Banking Software in all its facets • the task of meeting the requirements of Finnova banks in terms of flexibility and scalability • innovations to take the Alpha product team to the next level • the functional leadership of two distributed Scrum teams according to agile principles • collaboration with different stakeholders (both internal and external) • the acceptance and ensuring of timely deliveries in compliance with the Product Roadmap • the maintenance and prioritization of the backlog to maximize value creation in product development You impress us... ## • a completed higher education in business, computer science, finance or with several years of professional experience with corresponding further training with banking expertise • your deep understanding of the needs of bank employees and their digital work processes • your demonstrable experience in software engineering projects and agile principles • your strong communication skills in dealing with a wide variety of stakeholders - from customers and specialist departments to software developers • your sense of prioritization and your focus on maximum customer benefit • your innovative, integral and team-oriented personality • business fluent German and English We offer ## Previous Family life We support family life with, e.g., part-time jobs, mobile working, extended maternity/paternity and caregiver leave.
