Customer Service Representative for French-speaking Switzerland 100% (all)

For our customer in Dagmersellen (LU) we are looking for a reliable and conscientious customer service representative (all). This is a direct permanent position that can be started immediately or by arrangement. Tasks: • Efficiently process customer inquiries and service orders • Be the contact person for customers as well as internal departments • Plan and coordinate service assignments • Dispatch service technicians, installers and external partners • Process complaints and spare part orders • Control work reports • Conduct correspondence in German and French Requirements: • Completed commercial training with technical understanding or technical training with further commercial training • at least 3 years of professional experience in customer service • very good German and French skills (at least B2 level) mandatory • Experience in the industry, production or sanitary sector preferred • Confident handling of MS-Office The responsible person will subsequently contact you in writing or by telephone within one week.
