We offer a package of security and well-being and pay attention to the health of our national and international guests. For our occasions and events, we need your help. Your tasks in the kitchen: - Jointly setting up the breakfast buffet together with the service staff - Adhering to the standard - Preparing egg dishes, pancakes, bacon, sausages, etc. (according to the buffet plan) at the live station in front of the guest - Keeping the warm buffet warm - Breakfast service for 300-450 people - Refilling and keeping the buffets clean - Attending to guests (everything according to the standard offering list) - Dismantling the breakfast buffet (what can we reuse) - Bringing everything on trolleys to production and placing it in the frigo - Cleaning the hot point and assisting with the setup of the lunch buffet - Preparing the buffet for the next morning: cheese platters, meat platters, fish platters, fruit platters, etc. - Creating the group breakfast platters according to the banquet order - Covering all breakfast platters and bowls with foil and dating them - Cleaning the work surface in the cold kitchen - Cleaning and disinfecting the slicing machine - Checking out with the chef on duty - Adhering to the cleaning plan - Hygienic and responsible handling of food Industry ###### Gastronomy / Hotel Job location ###### Zürich 8040 Full address will be shown once hired for the job.
