Head of Operations Specialist Center Inheritance Advisory (w/m/d) In order to lift the consultations of the Specialist Center Inheritance Advisory to a higher level procedurally and digitally within the context of the entire range of pension consultations, we are looking for a reliable, innovative, and strong leadership personality who is ready to take active action, effective immediately or by arrangement. We are looking for a Head (w/m/d) of the "Operations" sub-sector, who, in addition to digital further development, ensures the smooth operational running of the Specialist Center Inheritance Advisory. Ensuring smooth operational running of the specialist center and continuous optimization and standardization of processes Answering specialist questions Ensuring efficient cooperation with internal interfaces, especially with IT, pension, and other specialist departments Leading and participating in projects for digitalization, process optimization, and further development of the service offering Personnel leadership and further development of the Operations team with currently 6 employees (esp. junior and assistant persons) Drafting of advisory processes/specialist instructions to officialize further developments or new services within the framework of internal regulations What do you bring with you? Successfully completed basic legal training (e.g., law studies, FH in the field of business and law, notary training) Good knowledge of matrimonial property law and inheritance law Leadership experience or the motivation to take on a leadership function with corresponding responsibility Training/further training in the field of IT/Legal Tech is an advantage Professional experience in the optimization of processes as well as in project and/or change management is desired Entrepreneurial, strong-communication personality with high initiative and a pronounced sense of quality We offer flexible working models The work-life balance of our employees is important to us.
