• Advice on everything regarding debit cards (such as usage, limits and blocks)
• Support for TWINT-App
• Further processing of transactions, products and services
• Support in the area of e-commerce and Wallet payments
• Analysis of fraud cases

Your profile

• Completed commercial or training in customer contact
• Experience in telephone customer contact as well as shift work is an advantage
• Impeccable German, French skills and English as well as Italian skills are an advantage
• Good MS-Office skills
• Motivated, authentic as well as customer-oriented personality
• Entry into the financial industry
