Application Operation Manager (m/w/d)

What you can move. • With your expertise, you ensure the stable operation of our IT applications in day-to-day business and are responsible for fault and problem management for high service availability. • You analyze faults, localize errors, monitor incident management, and represent the user perspective in close cooperation with IT, development, and suppliers. • As a link between software suppliers, development, business, and IT, you coordinate cooperation and ensure clear communication. • Together with internal and external bodies, you coordinate changes, introductions, and faults in operations and guarantee smooth transitions. • You implement change requests agilely, in the nearshoring model, or in independent small projects. • In the self-organized team, you continuously improve processes and cooperation and actively participate in Proof of Concept and Minimum Viable Product. What you bring with you. • With strong communication and social competence, you proceed in a manner appropriate to the target group and work cooperatively in a team. • You bring practical experience as an Application Operation Manager as well as in the management of projects or sub-projects. • You use your sound computer science knowledge and your broad technical understanding effectively in everyday life. • You move confidently in server infrastructures, distributed systems, and networks and keep an eye on connections. • You have already worked with message brokers and bring experience with script creation in Shell and Python. • You have a degree at FH or university level in computer science or business informatics or an equivalent further education and master German in spoken and written form at level C1.
