Management Assistant F&B

To strengthen our team, we are looking for a committed, highly organized, and hands-on personality as Management Assistant F&B (m/f/d).

In this versatile position, you will support the management in daily operational business and simultaneously undertake important organizational tasks in the Food & Beverage area. You will maintain an overview, pitch in where support is needed, and work together with our teams to ensure smooth processes and a high service quality.

Your tasks
Support for the management with organizational and operational tasks
Creation and maintenance of duty rosters for the corresponding F&B areas
Creation and control of cleaning overviews for the employees
Organization and implementation of purchasing as well as coordination of orders
Support and coordination of our F&B outlets in daily operations
Active collaboration in service, especially during high guest volume, events, or personnel shortages
Organization of goods issue and ensuring a structured flow of goods
Execution and control of inventories
Monitoring of stock levels and support with goods and inventory control
Close cooperation with management, kitchen, service and the other departments of the hotel
Support in the optimization of workflows and internal processes
Your profile
You are an organizational talent and feel comfortable both in the office and in the middle of operational hotel activities. You work independently, structured and reliably, and enjoy taking on responsibility.

Ideally, you bring:
Experience in the hotel industry and/or gastronomy, preferably in the F&B area
Organizational talent and a structured, proactive way of working
Enjoyment of guest contact and active collaboration in service
Hands-on mentality and the willingness to support flexibly where you are needed
Sense of responsibility and a good understanding of goods management and operational processes
Teamwork skills, resilience and strong communication skills
Good German language skills; other languages are an advantage
Confident handling of common digital work tools and MS Office
