Case Manager

Job Description ## The Office cantonal des bourses d'études et d'apprentissage (OCBE), attached to the Direction des aides et assurances sociales (DIRAAS) of the Direction générale de la cohésion sociale (DGCS), has the mission of granting financial aid for training after compulsory schooling. In your capacity as a case manager, you prepare decisions for training and apprenticeship aid for beneficiaries, you receive requests, verify their content, and enter them. Responsibilities ## • Calculate grants and prepare decisions for training and apprenticeship aid for beneficiaries; • Receive requests, verify their content, and enter them into the IT system; • Compile the annual files of applicants; • Ensure public reception at the counter and inform applicants about the legal provisions governing the granting of scholarships and apprenticeships; • Manage the telephone switchboard, inquiries by mail and email, and process incoming and outgoing mail. For further information, please consult the job description by clicking here or contact Monsieur Christophe Staub, Deputy Head of the OCBE, at the email address: dgcs.recrutement@vd.ch Qualifications ## • Holder of a CFC as a commercial employee or equivalent training. • Minimum of one year of professional experience in a similar position, in front office. • Strong customer orientation. • Spirit of initiative, tenacity, and a developed sense of responsibility. • Ability to adapt and flexibility. • Good organizational skills and perfect management of priorities. • Discretion and absolute respect for the confidentiality of information. • Writing skills and mastery of common IT tools.
