Main tasks
Direct contact person for customers regarding complaints, technical questions, grievances, feedback discussions, and others
Owner of customer claims and inquiries E2E
Provides 1st-level support for customers
Organizes technical support
Keeps the customer updated
Ensuring customer satisfaction
Works closely with other departments to ensure problem solving
Initiates proactive improvements for customers (e.g., planogram adjustments, preventive maintenance, etc.)
Coordinates machine installations with the customer and other involved departments
Education
Experience in remote client support or in a comparable service function
Preferably high technical understanding (machine knowledge, system knowledge)
Profile
High communication skills to de-escalate situations if necessary
Multitasking skills
Fluent in the national languages (DE & FR)
Quick understanding
Open-minded
High service orientation: customer satisfaction as the top priority
High product and service understanding of Selecta
