Service Owner (w/m/d)

In your mission, you will thrive with:

• responsibility for various managed services and ensuring that these meet the needs and quality requirements of our customers, the market and the organization
• co-development and ensuring of process-based service delivery in cooperation with the technical and administrative delivery units
• conducting service reviews to ensure the quality and profitability of the managed services
• development of new services in cooperation with portfolio management
• creation of service calculations and maintenance of the service catalog
• provision of specific service agreements, offer and presentation templates
• internal consulting for sales engineers, project managers and bid managers

Your skills? More than interesting:

• At least 5 years of professional experience in IT, preferably in a Managed Services Provider environment
• experience in the role of Product Manager ICT and business administration further training
• experience in IT architecture, concept development and requirements engineering
• knowledge of ITIL4 and YASM, as well as agile methodology is an advantage
• responsible, reliable and strong-communication personality with team spirit and pleasure in familiarizing yourself with new subject areas and constantly continuing your education
• structured and efficient way of working, a quick grasp of matters and entrepreneurial thinking and acting
• the ability to develop visions and goals, convince stakeholders and inspire them
• self-motivation and assertiveness with the necessary tact
• very good German and English skills in spoken and written form
