For our customer service team, we are looking for a dedicated personality (f/m/d) in part-time (20 hours per week). In this role, you are an important contact person for our customers and contribute to ensuring that people benefit from innovative solutions that enable them more freedom of movement and quality of life.

Your tasks

• You are the first contact person for our customers – both by telephone and in writing – and support them regarding orders, prices, availability, complaints and cost estimates
• Together with the field service and the other internal teams, you ensure that inquiries are resolved efficiently and in a customer-oriented manner
• You contribute your ideas when it comes to improving processes and continuously developing our service
• You provide information about products and services using documentation (catalog, brochure, price list, etc.)
• Occasionally, you accompany your colleagues from sales on customer visits and thus gain insights into practice

What you bring with you

• You have a completed commercial vocational training
• You have very good German and French skills in spoken and written form (English and/or Italian are a plus)
• You enjoy telephone and written customer contact and are characterized by a high service orientation
• You enjoy working in a team and bring a structured as well as independent way of working
• You are confident in using MS Office
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics BC is a plus
