We are currently in an exciting development phase: We are building a 365-day offer and developing a future-oriented system that combines assisted living with educational, vocational, and everyday practical support. For this, we are looking for a personality who not only accompanies but also helps shape - and enjoys further developing the offer and driving the change process forward together with the team.  For the youth housing area in Küsnacht-Goldbach, we are looking for a committed, structured personality as Team Lead Youth Housing, starting by agreement. In youth housing, we accompany adolescents and young adults aged 16 to 25 with learning and mild mental impairments during their training or vocational measures. Our housing offer provides a reliable framework in which young women can experience stability, develop independence, and build personal and professional perspectives. In doing so, we understand our role as a combination of reference person, guide, and reliable counterpart. Currently, our housing offer is exclusively aimed at young women. The activity thus takes place in a female-specific living setting and also includes situations in which a gender-specific care situation may be relevant. We therefore particularly welcome applications from women. Selection is made regardless of gender based on professional and personal suitability for the advertised function. Your tasks ### • Professional and personnel leadership of the team (6 employees) • Building a trust-based, participatory team culture with a lived culture of error • Ensuring pedagogical quality and further development of the offer • Case management for selected reference persons • Organization of operations (scheduling, processes, structures) • Active co-shaping of the development and change process • Cooperation with internal and external specialist agencies as well as relatives • Presence predominantly in the evening hours, individual day shifts possible • Occasional weekend shifts in the expanded offer • In exceptional cases, night on-call duty (not regularly planned) Your profile ### • Tertiary-level education in the socio-pedagogical or comparable field • Several years of experience in the socio-pedagogical context with children or adolescents • Leadership experience or proven leadership competence • Readiness to actively co-shape change processes and deal constructively with challenges and dynamics • Ability to empower employees and delegate responsibility • Clear stance, decision-making ability, and orientation in demanding situations • Structured, self-organized, and proactive way of working • Joy in building work and further development • Confident and correct German as well as proficient handling of common IT applications (MS Office or similar) We offer ### • Key position with scope for design • Opportunity to actively co-develop a new 365 offer • Committed, appreciative team • Contemporary employment conditions and good public transport connections • Continuing education opportunities • Good connection to public transport • From the 40th year of age 6 weeks vacation, before that 5 weeks
