Your tasks:

• Independent preparation and cooking of our dishes in the à-la-carte section
• Responsibility for your own kitchen station
• Organization and execution of daily mise-en-place work
• Ensuring a constantly high and consistent quality in the preparation and presentation of food
• Assisting in a smooth workflow in kitchen operations
• Compliance with applicable hygiene regulations as well as our quality and safety standards
• Careful and responsible handling of food and work materials

What you bring with you:

• Completed training as a cook or comparable professional experience
• Enjoyment of the cooking profession and working with fresh food
• Independent, structured, and reliable way of working
• Flexibility and resilience, even during busy service times
• High quality and responsibility awareness
• Teamwork skills and enjoyment of working in an international team
• Good English skills, German skills are an advantage
• Experience in the preparation of Swiss dishes or in mountain gastronomy is an advantage
